What is the difference between hard work and smart work

• Smart work is used to satisfy anyone while hard work is on your shoulders. 
• Firstly both are very similar, a work that is doing by using many options is smart work and a work that is doing without any significant idea is hard work.
• Hard work involves your physical energy while smart work has to do with your intellectual skills.
• If you do a job in your own shoulders it is a hard work if you do a job for just satisfy anyone at that time it is smart work.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

• I am not complete work in time definitely I will come night & weekend. It is my responsibility.
• Firstly I am fresher and I have more learn and your organisation is the best platform to start my career so no matter work in day or night or week end.
• If the situation demand to work on night or weekend. I will be stay there.
• There is no matter whether it is working nights and weekends. When company needs me at any time or any situation. I will be stay there.

Can you work under pressure?

• Yes definetly if there is a need of prove my self under pressure I need to accept that given challenge.
• Yes I can work under pressure! because till you learn how to do what to do pressure will be but once you are used to it you will enjoy the work and complete without stress or pressure.
• Working under pressure is part of good performance, I can work under pressure, perform and deliver results.

What are your goals?

• My short term goal is to get a good job in a mental health field where I will be able to contribute positively to the society at large. Also, my long term goal is to continue growing my career which I believe will help me to use my skills to benefit any organization I work for.
• MY short term goal is to get a better job long term goal is to raise my child to be a better person so that he can be a president of south Africa.

• The idea of giving my kid a bright future motivates me to perform well everyday.

What makes you angry?

• I always get angry when someone lies to me and not listens to me when I'm right.
• I will never get angry easily, except in some cases like when the work doesn't complete in time.
• The people who lies and never gives respect to their elder ones makes me angry and company of people who don't have humaneness makes me angry.
• When I'm at my work if some body disturb me or if any one gets irritate me I will getting angry.

Give me an example of your creativity.

• Creativity is like a lateral thinking which means those who have creativity in mind they are the person who play a life in his/her own way.
• Creativity is doing things a different way where the other cannot do it is about the ideas to finish problematic questions in an another angle.
• Every one has potential towards creating things in their own way. If one tries in a peculiar way then the creativity in him is recognized. So being different from other and think one the other side will always fetch you a new results.
• Creativity is about creating new things (products, procedures, concepts, ways of doing etc) that add measurable value to our life (making it better from some point of view) , value that could not be achieved in that exact way otherwise.

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

• I wish to work in a company as long as my hope on the company and company's hope towards me.

Would you lie for the company?

• I won't because lie is a bad thing for a company and the second reason is that I will get in trouble because of lying.

• Compare your company to a wife, you purposely don't want to lie, but situations make you to lie sometimes so, if something good can benefit the company then I'am sure I will lie.

• I will try my level best to speak truth if there is no way I have to lie for a company. Then I will make sure that my lie help for the company growth and at the same time it does not affect any one life or any one feeling then I will lie for a company. If my lie hurts some one then I won't do it because human life is more then money.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?

• My inspiration is my brother why because of my brother is good and hard worker and is take good decisions in any issue meanwhile he tell me the new topics i.e helpful in practical life also. His helping to poor people and conducting health camps also that's why my inspiration is my brother.

• I always inspired my parents, because they work very hard to supply my school fees. They had been facing so many challenges in their life. Even though they have faced, they never loses their confidence. They have given me everything which I want to and they never make me feel alone. I have been learnt so many things form my parents like how to achieve my goal step by step. They support me for everything, they give me good education and fulfilled all my needs. They are hard workers and even in a sad situations they also think it in a positive manner.

• My role model is my self because my self always says try the best and do the best.

• My husband inspires me most. He was born from a very poor family with no food and school fees but through hard work and the help of his maternal grandparents he is slowly achieving his goals and his childhood dreams. Through his small salaries earned as a teacher he struggled very much to pay school fees for his siblings and fortunately almost all of them are working and now food is no longer a problem in their family. He is one person who believes in working hard.

• Sir every person have its ideal just like mom father etc. But my ideal is my mam. Whose name is Miss A Pandey. She is wonder & speaks always true. If you have any type of problem then always ready to help when needed. And then I learned how to live life. So I always inspired by mam.My inspiration is famous books which has written by famous writers such as Yandamuri Veerendranath, Dr. Pattabhi Ram who inspired me how to behave in career and life. Recently I have red a book which is written by Dr. Pattabi Ram Mind Magic which is inspired me how to overcome different problems in life and career.

What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

• Till now I had not had an opportunity to make tough decisions, if I will ever get a chance to make tough decisions concerning various stakeholders, I will make a right decision based on facts and logic.
• There is certainly no decision like it's wrong or right. Every decision is taken based on certain situations or prospects. If it was our decision and we made it wrong, there is no point dwelling on it. We need to accept and either change the situation or our reaction to the situation, because we would not make the decision if we knew where it would lead to.

• If it is someone else decision thrust on us, then we need to analyse if we can move on with it, if we can't, we need changes. I did face such a situation when I had to choose a career. But, since it's me who made it, I would rather move on and focus on what is positive and possible.
• I don't know what is the meaning of tough decision. As per my opinion everything is tough if you lazy about it. And, everything is easy if you are crazy about it. & I seriously don't know how much crazy I am.
• Decisions are never tough. They are either right or wrong. The situation, in which a decision is made and the situations, in which your decision leads you to makes your life tough or easy.

If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?

• It doesn't come regularly we need earn through our exportation experience and learning. You even loose it if you doesn't know he to handle it or even make it double or 10 times through our learning and experience got through your job so continue working till doesn't able to stable my own establishment.
• Of course I will continue my job because only earn money is not my aim I want to proof myself and for this I want to increase my knowledge & skills and experience and this is only possible if I will do job.
• Yes, I will continue or can have a deal with you of joining hands and start up a new business so that we together can excel.

How much salary do you expect?

• In this situation I need salary because of my career please you give good opportunity in my life so I can proved me and also archive our company goal.
• I need platform for the company, my experience for in this position is good. So I eligible for salary expectation my need 25 thousand per month for this work.
• In my prospective, salary is the second part in my life while my first preference is my job. Truly, I say that money will fulfill my economic needs but job will makes me a professional person in my life. So salary is a just a subset of job.
• As per company policies and for me initially gaining knowledge and implementing it for company growth is important rather than money because I know as your company is in the competitive market so we should not worry about money.
• I am a fresher, I am here to earn income. But I can't say that I require this amount of money. But I know this that I will do my best and company will decide how much salary should I receive.

• I see myself working on a good & high position in any reputed national or international company.
• As a fresher my only goal is to get a suitable job my skills, after that I will become a senior software then I will think where should I like to see myself.

• I'm not asking any question to you then how could I give marks. But your mind is too great because you have sufficient qualities, day by day interviewing a lot of people, considering me I'm just starting my career, perhaps you give me a chance to mark with you. I give 9.99 out of 10 cause, anyone is perfect in the world.
• Thank you sir for giving me such an opportunity, but I am not suitable person to evaluate you. I am fresher whereas you have great experience of your field. But as a part of interview I will rate you 9/10 because of the fact no one is perfect in this world, there will always be space to learn more.
